Terms of Service

1. The service

Filekeep hosts video content and sells membership access. By creating an account, uploading content, or buying a membership, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Memberships

Memberships grant full-length playback subject to a daily streaming allowance. Allowances reset at 00:00 UTC. Prices, tiers, and allowances may change with notice. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled.

4. Creator content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Filekeep a limited licence to host, transcode, preview, and deliver that content to viewers and members. You confirm you have all rights and consents needed to publish it.

5. Prohibited content

Do not upload illegal content, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, malware, stolen material, or content that infringes intellectual property. See the Content Policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts.

6. Payments and revenue share

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Creator revenue share is credited to the account associated with the first qualifying referral, subject to fraud review, refunds, and chargebacks. Withdrawals require a connected payout account and the minimum threshold.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or fail to pay. Provisions that by nature survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or a particular viewing quality.
