Memberships
Memberships are digital services that begin immediately. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the membership period has started. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error, contact support@filekeep.cc within 14 days with the receipt or transaction reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, reverse the charge.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of creator earnings.
Creator payouts
Creator earnings may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and payment fees. Withdrawals are reviewed and may be delayed for risk checks.
