Reporting infringement
Send a written notice to dmca@filekeep.cc including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorised; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed in error, send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification, and consent to jurisdiction. We may restore material after the statutory period.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly receive valid infringement notices may be suspended or terminated.
