What we collect
Account details (email, display name, authentication identifiers), membership and payment records, uploaded video metadata, viewing and traffic records, and security logs such as IP address and user agent.
How we use it
To operate accounts, deliver video, meter allowances, process payments, prevent abuse, pay creators, provide support, and comply with law.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with infrastructure and payment providers: Cloudflare (R2 media), Google Cloud (hosting and queue), Supabase (database), Stripe (billing and payouts), and Google (optional sign-in). We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use a session cookie for authentication, a short-lived OAuth state cookie for Google sign-in, and a referral cookie used only for creator attribution.
Retention
We keep account, payment, and security records as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Deleted content may remain in backups for a limited period.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. Contact support@filekeep.cc. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt, session tokens are stored as hashes, and media is delivered through expiring signed links. No system is perfectly secure.
